Oil<br />1 Onion, finely chopped<br />1 Capsicum, finely chopped<br />3 Tomatoes, finely chopped<br />½ tsp. Red Chilli Powder<br />¼ tsp. Sugar<br />1 tsp. Vinegar<br /><br />For Sour Cream:-<br />Cahsew Cream<br />Lemon Juice<br /><br />For Assembly:-<br />Lettuce, chopped<br />Spring Onions, chopped<br />Grated Cheese<br /><br /><br />Method:-<br />- Prick the taco shells with a knife as shown in the video.<br />- Grease with ghee or oil and arrange on a wire grill as shown in the video.<br />- Preheat the oven at 180°C and bake for 6 minutes in the middle rack.<br />- Mash the Rajma beans properly.<br />- In a wok heat oil and add onion, capsicum, tomatoes, red chilli powder, sugar and vinegar. Mix well.<br />- Mix the cashew cream and lemon juice together for sour cream.<br />- Assemble the tacos as shown in the video.<br /><br />Healthy and Non Fried Mexican Tacos are ready to eat!
